Refresh Homes is not affiliated with any of the Contractors listed below, with the exception that Marshall Minshew, the sole proprietor, has trained many of them to qualify for BPI certifications to participate in New Jersey's Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Program and has performed Quality Control on some of the listed Contractors' projects within the Program. These direct links are provided as a courtesy to facilitate your participation in New Jersey's Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Program or if you would just like to find a contractor in your area that is currently BPI certified and accredited.

We highly encouraged you to review our schedule and request Refresh Homes through a listed Program Contractor if you wish to negotiate a lower-priced inspection and participate in NJ's Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Program. Please exercise due diligence, but they may offer a lower priced energy audit, Program incentives or other services that may interest you.
